WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely for housing purposes at Nairn Street and Brooklyn Road in the City of Wellington and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said City and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should if they have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send that writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land situate in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement: First two roods thirty-one and two one-hundredths perches (2 roods 31·02 perches) more or less being Part of Section 51, Town of Wellington, being Lot 8, on Deposited Plan No. 10630 and being also the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 439, folio 282, Wellington Registry.

Secondly two roods one and forty-two one-hundredths perches (2 roods 1·42 perches) more or less being part of Section 50, Town of Wellington, and being also the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 483, folio 56, Wellington Registry.

EGMONT COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Egmont County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute by way of special order the taking of such land for road as is described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Egmont County Council at Napier Street, Opunake, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Egmont County Council, Napier Street, Opunake.

The above special order will be confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Opunake, on Tuesday, 10 September 1963.

Two acres one rood sixteen decimal three perches (2 a. 1 r. 16·3 p.) being part of Section 25, Block II, Opunake Survey District; coloured blue on plan.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the proper development or use thereof as provided in section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situated in Bank Street, Whangarei, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the proposed taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections to the proposed taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, Municipal Buildings, Bank Street, Whangarei.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND LAND FOR USE AND CONVENIENCE OR ENJOYMENT OF ROAD AND CLOSING PORTION OF ROAD UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes under the above-mentioned Act, to take the land in the First Schedule hereto for road; to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of road and to close portion of the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and notice is hereby further given that plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council situated at Te Kuiti and are open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land or the closing of the said road who have any objections thereto must state their objections in writing and lodge same at the office of the County Clerk within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
