Declaring Road in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, to be Government Road

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of June 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council become Government road.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 16·7 perches situated in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District, adjoining or passing through land on D.P. 13301 and Allotment 236, Parish of Oruawharo; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7622 (S.O. 44034) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring an Access Way to be Under the Control and Management of the Manukau County Council

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council be under the control and management of the Manukau County Council.

Cancelling a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of a Street off Hill Road in the Borough of Manurewa, Imposed by Special Order under Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Special Order of the Manurewa Borough Council, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. K. 93856, authorising the Manurewa Borough Council to permit the laying off of a street in the Borough of Manurewa at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 50 ft, subject to a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the building line imposed by the said Special Order in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Validating Reclamation in Raglan Harbour and Authorising the Raglan Harbour Board to Carry Out Further Reclamation

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of June 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 and 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation from the sea by the Raglan Harbour Board of the land described in the First Schedule hereto and authorises the said board to reclaim from the sea the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that land in Raglan Harbour comprising 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, as shown cross hatched yellow on plan marked M.D. 11468 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that land in Raglan Harbour comprising 1 rood 23·2 perches, more or less, as shown cross hatched red on plan marked M.D. 11468 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Conferring Special Jurisdiction on the Maori Land Court

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 31 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby confers on the Maori Land Court jurisdiction to determine any matter or question as to the entitlement and basis of apportionment of the profits resulting from the use of the lands known as the Kaitimako A, B, C, D, E, F No. 1, F No 2, G, H, J, No. 1, J No. 2, K, and L Blocks, together containing 724 acres 3 roods 2 perches, under the control of the Board of Maori Affairs under the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 and corresponding earlier legislation up to the 31st day of March 1954.
