PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

The Waiteariki Stream Pollution Control Order 1963

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Waiteariki Stream Pollution Control Order 1963.
  2. Those parts of the Waiteariki Stream described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Matamata Borough Council for the purposes of preventing the pollution thereof pursuant to the Health Act 1956.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, containing 850 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 5156, and the main ridge between the Wairere and Waiteariki Streams in Block XI, Aongatete Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along that ridge to and south-easterly generally along the summit of the Kaimai Range, passing through Lots 1, 2, and 4, D.P. 5156, and Lots 6, 5, 7, and 10, D.P. 5099, crossing the intervening road line, to the intersection of the south-western boundary of Lot 10, aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the last-named boundary and the south-western boundaries of Lots 7, 5, and 3, D.P. 5099, and Lot 1, D.P. 5156, to the point of commencement.

The Mangarata Stream Pollution Control Order 1963

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Mangarata Stream Pollution Control Order 1963.
  2. All that portion of the Mangarata Stream and the tributaries described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Ngaruawahia Borough Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof pursuant to the Health Act 1956.

SCHEDULE

PART Allotment 27, Waipa Parish, containing approximately 200 acres and being all the watershed area of the Mangarata Stream in State Forest No. 41, as shown on plan 27/1 lodged in the office of the New Zealand Forest Service in Auckland.

PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Waiongona Stream Pollution Control Order 1963.
  2. All that portion of the Waiongona Stream and its tributaries described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Waitara Borough Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof pursuant to the Health Act 1956.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District situated partly in the Borough of Inglewood and partly in the Counties of Taranaki and Inglewood containing an area of 9,750 acres approximately, being that portion of the watershed of the Waiongona Stream and its tributaries from the boundary of the Egmont National Park to the existing intake of the supply of water to the Borough of Waitara, as more particularly delineated on a plan held in the Head Office of the Department of Health at Wellington and numbered 125/36 (being a copy of Survey Office Plan 9529), and thereon edged in red.

Declaring Road in Blocks XIII and XIV, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of June 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Oteramika Hundred, commencing its junction with a public road at the south-east corner of part Section 2, Block XIII, Oteramika Hundred, and proceeding thence in a northerly and north-easterly direction generally for a distance of 1 mile 15 chains approximately; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7831 (S.O. 7020) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
