PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 18th day of
April 1956, and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of
the same month at page 526, authorising Charles John Rait to
use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to
erect certain electric lines.
