Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Glen-
tunnel and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown
Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948 as from the 4th day of February 1963.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner
of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for the purposes
shown in the Schedules hereto over the lands described in the
said Schedules and, further, declares that the said lands may be
disposed of by the Waiheke Road Board in such manner, at such
prices, and on such terms and conditions as the Road Board shall
determine, the proceeds from any such sales to be used and applied
in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the
control of the Road Board or in or towards the purchase of other
land for public reserves.
