The Standards Act 1941—Draft New Zealand Specification
No. D 7430: Food Mixing Machines (Revision of
N.Z.S.S. GP 23)


PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards
Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft New
Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and
who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain
copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute,
Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag,
Wellington C.1.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 26 July
1963.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject
to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice
dated 15 March 1938, published in the Gazette, 17 March

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court


NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 489 of the
Maori Land Act 1931, the Maori Land Court has made an
order dated 14 August 1951, declaring closed and stopped
those areas of road described in the Schedule hereto. The
area of road so stopped has been included in new titles issued
under the Hokianga Consolidation Scheme.
