Revoking Proclamations Taking Land for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Street in the Borough of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of March 1962 and published in Gazette, 15 March 1962, page 422, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 18943, taking land for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street in the Borough of Whangarei and revoking a previous Proclamation; and also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of May 1961 and published in Gazette, 25 May 1961, page 730, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 18274, taking land for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a street in the Borough of Whangarei; and I also declare that this Proclamation should take effect on and after the 24th day of June 1963.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Declaration dated the 11th day of March 1963 and published in Gazette, 21 March 1963, No. 17, page 377, taking land for road in Blocks VI, X, XI, XIV, and XV, Clutha Survey District.

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT-CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
RESERVE 5130 (formerly part Section 2, Raincliff Settlement, and part Rural Section 37790) situated in Blocks V and IX, Opihi Survey District, Mackenzie County: Area, 34 acres and 8 perches, more or less. Part Crown lease, Volume 502, folio 117. As shown on plan No. 160/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 9999.)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 24th day of June 1957 and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of July 1957, at page 1250, authorising Roy Arthur Cyril Newman, of Owen River, Nelson, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain electric lines in the County of Murchison.

Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby determines that the Murchison County, being a constituent district of the Waimea Electric Power District, shall have one representative on the Waimea Electric Power Board; that the total number of members of the said Board shall accordingly be increased to nine, and that the first election of the representative of the Murchison County on the said Board shall be held on the 27th day of July 1963.
