PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Manawatu and Wairarapa Catchment Districts by excluding from the Wairarapa Catchment District and including in the Manawatu Catchment District the area described in the Schedule hereto.
