Road Closed in Block IV, Steeples Survey District, Buller County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 19 acres 3 roods 22 perches situated in Block IV, Steeples Survey District, Nelson R.D., and adjoining or passing through Sections 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22 and part Section 16; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7770 (S.O. 10337) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of June 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street first described in the First Schedule hereto and when closed added to the land held for a public school described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also proclaim closed the portion of street secondly described in the First Schedule hereto and when closed added to the land held for a secondary school described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Street Closed
ALL those portions of street situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 12·6 Lot 2, D.P. 6926, being part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District.
0 0 11·1 Lot 1, D.P. 6926, being part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7699 (S.O. 3594) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Held for a Public School
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 13 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 6926, parts Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, and being all the land in Proclamation 2088, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
THIRD SCHEDULE

Land Held for a Secondary School
ALL that piece of land containing 34 acres 2 roods 31 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 6926, part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 121, folio 268.

ALL those pieces of Government road situated in Block IV, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
