A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a permanent State forest described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed
ALL that portion of road containing 18 acres and 27 perches situated in Blocks I, V, and VI, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing through Blocks 88, 89, and 130, Patoka Crown Grant District, and Section 1, Block V, Patoka Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7717 (S.O. 3595) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Held for a Permanent State Forest
ALL that piece of land containing 6,368 acres situated in Blocks I, V, and VI, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Blocks 77 and 88 and parts Blocks 86, 89, and 130, Patoka Crown Grant District. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 96, folio 174.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of June 1963.
