CORRIGENDUM
In a declaration published in Gazette, 1963, No. 28, at
page 662, declaring land taken for railway purposes in the
Borough of Balclutha, in the Schedule thereto, for the words
"Southland" read "Otago".
Dated at Wellington this 10th day of June 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the portion of street described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now
held for a public school described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Street Closed
ALL that portion of street containing 1 rood 24 perches
situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke's Bay R.D., and
adjoining or passing through Lots 18 to 35 (inclusive), D.P.
3355, being part Suburban Section 14, Class 2, Clyde; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 7690 (S.O. 5267) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Held for a Public School
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 16·75
perches situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke's Bay R.D.,
and being all the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, H.B. Volume 108, folio 163.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of June 1963.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road

ALL that piece of land containing 18·5 perches situated in
Block X, Jkitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part
Section 402, Left Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7711
(S.O. 25319) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
