NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR COUNTY DEPOT SITE

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments, and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a county depot site passing through or adjoining the parcel of land referred to hereunder and situated in the Puke- atua Riding of the County of Waitemata; and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated at the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objections to the proposal, and wishing them to be considered, must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOR RECREATION GROUND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments, and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a recreation ground passing through or adjoining the parcels of land referred to hereunder and situated in the Titirangi County Town of the County of Waitemata; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated at the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

OTAGO CATCHMENT BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941 and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Otago Catchment Board intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, those parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of erecting a floodbank for river control and other incidental works.

The plan of the said land is deposited at the South Division Office of the Otago Catchment Board, Hasborough Place, Balclutha, and is there open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary, Otago Catchment Board, 725 George Street, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute certain public works, namely, to construct a service lane and also to provide a parking place; and for the purpose of such public works the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for the construction of a service lane, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is required to be taken to provide a parking place; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Auckland, and it is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

Secondly, 5.3 perches approximately, more or less, being another part Lot 1, D.P. 48318, being portion of the land in the said certificate of title, Volume 1871, folio 48, Auckland Registry; as the same is more particularly shown on the said plan recorded in the office of the City Engineer, Town Hall, Auckland, under No. 11045/4, Bk.
