Stopping Government Road in Block V, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Government road containing 17.4 perches situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Lot 3, D.P. 8837; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7537 (S.O. 43869) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the portions of Government road described in the Schedule hereto, those portions of road being no longer required, and also revoke the Proclamation dated the 16th day of January 1962, and published in Gazette, 18 January 1962, Volume I, page 35, in so far as it affects the portion of road twelfthly described in the said Proclamation.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All those portions of road situated in Block I, Paritu Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block IX, Sections 10 and 11, Block X, and Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block XIV, Brighton Survey District, Buller County: Area, 6,424 acres 3 roods, more or less. As shown on plan numbered 112/16 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
