THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place,
recreation ground, and sports ground for the common use
and benefit of the Maori people generally.

Constitution of Rural Fire District

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Woodhill-South Head
Rural Fire District Order 1963. - This order shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the Gazette. - The area specified in the Schedule to this order is hereby
constituted and declared to be a rural fire district to be known
as the Woodhill-South Head Rural Fire District. - The trees and other plants on State forest land situated
in the said area are hereby specified as the property for the
protection of which the district is constituted. - The Woodhill-South Head Rural Fire District shall, for
the purposes of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, be
administered by the Minister of Forests. - The period between the 1st day of October in any year
and the 30th day of April in the following year is hereby
specified and declared to be a closed fire season in the said
district.
