NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
Woodhill—South Head Rural Fire District
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, containing approximately 55,000 acres situated in Kumeu, Kaipara, Waioneke, and Okaka Survey Districts and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at a point on the Kaipara Harbour adjacent to the north-eastern corner of the Paihawanui Block, Block XII, Okaka Survey District; thence by the northern boundary of the said Paihawanui Block to a public road, Block VIII, Okaka Survey District; thence in a southerly direction generally by the eastern side of the said public road to the north-western corner of Allotment 30, Waioneke Parish, Block X, Okaka Survey District; thence across the aforementioned public road and by the northern boundary of part Allotment 3, Waioneke Parish, Block X, aforesaid, to the north-eastern edge of the Ototoa Lake; thence by the eastern shore to the south-easternmost point of the afore-mentioned lake, Block II, Waioneke Survey District; thence by a right line to Trig. Station 1070, Block III, Waioneke Survey District; thence by a right line to Trig. Station W, Block V, Waioneke Survey District; thence by a right line to Trig. Station U1, Block VIII, Kaipara Survey District; thence by a right line to Trig. Station B, Block VIII aforesaid; thence by a right line passing through Trig. Station Auahine to Trig. Station D, Block XII, Kaipara Survey District; thence by a right line to the south-westerly corner of Lot 1, D.P. 7309, being portion of Paneka Block; thence in a southerly direction generally across a public road and along the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 7309, of the aforesaid Paneka Block, part of the north-western and the south-western boundaries of Whenuanui No. 7 Block, the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 11361, being part Wharepapa Block, and a line produced to the northern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 9826, being part Pahunuhunu Block; thence along the northern boundary of Lot 1 of the aforesaid D.P. 9826, the western boundary of Lot 2 of the aforesaid D.P. 9826, being parts Pahunuhunu, Rarapuka, and Kaituna Blocks to Hutchinson Road; thence along the northern side generally of the aforementioned road and the eastern side of the Auckland-Helensville State Highway to its junction with the Paekawau Road; thence along the eastern side of that road to the northern boundary of part Hanekau B 1b Block; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Hanekau B 1A Block; thence by the western boundary of part Hanekau B 1b Block and a line produced to the northern boundary of the Oneonenui Block; thence by the northern boundary of the said Oneonenui Block and the western side of a public road in Block IX, Kumeu Survey District, and the western boundary of the Kahukuri Block to the Okiritoto Stream; thence by the said Okiritoto Stream and the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 9596, being part Muriwai Block, to and across the West Coast-Waimauku road; thence in a south-westerly direction generally along the south-eastern side of the aforementioned road and the southern boundary of the Motutara Domain, to and across a foreshore reserve to the sea; thence in a north-westerly direction generally along the foreshore and the sea and the Kaipara Harbour to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 16/20 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER

That the areas described in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the County of Masterton and included in the Borough of Masterton.

That the alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Wellington Land District, County of Masterton, containing 3 roods 25·3 perches, more or less, being part of Section 7, Manaia District, situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District.
Secondly, all that area in the Wellington Land District, County of Masterton, containing 2 roods 29·3 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 275, being also part Section 4, Manaia District, situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District.
Thirdly, all that area in the Wellington Land District, County of Masterton, containing 10 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, being part Section 9, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District.

Revocation of General Court-martial Warrant Given Under Section 6 of the Visiting Forces Act 1939

To:
The General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Far East Land Forces.
WHEREAS I am empowered by the New Zealand Army Act 1950 to authorise and empower you from time to time and as occasion may require to convene general Courts Martial for the trial of any person subject to military law who is charged with an offence for which such person may be tried by general Court Martial and to confirm the findings and sentence of such Courts Martial, and also to authorise and empower you to delegate such of these powers as you may think fit to any officer under your command or jurisdiction not below the rank of field officer:
And whereas by Warrant dated the 16th day of November 1955 the power and authority as aforesaid was granted to you:
And whereas owing to a change in the designation of your appointment it is necessary to execute a further Court Martial Warrant in substitution therefor:
Now therefore I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby cancel and revoke the said Warrant dated the 16th day of November 1955 and all Warrants issued thereunder as from the 9th day of April 1963.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 16th day of February 1963.
