PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 13 perches situated in Block VIII, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D., passing through Section 10; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7453 (S.O. 13301) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of December 1948, published in Gazette, 16 December 1948, Volume III, page 1529, and registered as No. 3982, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

RESERVE 1771 (formerly parts Rural Sections 716 and 3572, and closed road) situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland County: Area, 8 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 125/91 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4180.)

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Murupara, and be under the control and management of the Murupara Borough Council.
