A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as
road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Waitoa
Survey District, South Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 8·9} Parts Lot 9, D.P. 4443, being part Puke-A-Mana
0 0 31 ] Block; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon

Road Closed
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 29·3 perches
situated in Block XVI, Waitoa Survey District, South
Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section
31; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 7441 (S.O. 39490) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
18th day of April 1963.

Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as
road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29.

as above mentioned.
