NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956, the Counties Amendment Act 1961, and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a pumping station.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken as aforesaid is deposited at the office of the Manukau County Council, 1 Princes Street, corner Shortland Street, Auckland C.1, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during all reasonable hours.

All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objections thereto must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk of the Manukau County Council at the office of the said Council aforesaid.

SCHEDULE

THAT piece of land situated in the County of Manukau and in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, containing two perches (2), more or less, being part Allotment 281, Parish of Pakuranga, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1011, folio 16, Auckland Registry; as the said piece of land is shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 43573.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of the Papakura-Kawakawa Bay Road, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Manukau County Council, 1 Princes Street, corner Shortland Street, Auckland C.1, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during all reasonable hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk of the Manukau County Council at the offices of the said Council aforesaid.

THAT piece of land situated in the County of Manukau and in Block IV of the Wairoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing eight decimal four perches (8·4), being part Mataitai 1A 2B 5B 2 Block, being part of the land comprised and described in the provisional register, Volume 185, folio 99, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered 43711 and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured yellow.

CITY OF DUNEDIN

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called “the said Corporation”) propose, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, to widen Andersons Bay Road, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken, which said land is all the land comprised in certificate of title, register book, Volume 217, folio 238, Otago Land Registry; and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk of the said Corporation.

SCHEDULE

THAT piece of land situated in the Town District of Dunedin, Township of Kensington, containing 8·55 perches, more or less, being Allotment 1 and part of Plan 49, Township of Kirkland Hill, Otago Land District, and being Allotment 2, Deposited Plan No. 30, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 217, folio 238.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for harbour improvement.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the pieces of land required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Board, situated in Quay Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said lands must lodge their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary, Whangarei Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, Powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for a street at Newlands Road in the City of Wellington, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send that writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his office.
