Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block XIII, Huiroa
Survey District, Stratford County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation
ground, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Stratford as from the date here-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1963.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Huiroa
Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street widening
purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Mosgiel as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1963.

of the Paeroa-Pokeno Railway in Block XV, Opaheke
Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day
of April 1939 and published in Gazette, 20 April 1939,
Volume I, page 1145, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office in Auckland as No. 9923, defining the middle line of
the Paeroa-Pokeno Railway in Block XV, Opaheke Survey
District, in so far as it affects part of the land on D.P. 14595,
being portions of Allotments 113, 121, and 124, Parish of
Koheroa, being all certificate of title, Volume 400, folio 208,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of February 1963.
