Additional Land in Grey County Taken for the Purposes of
the Midland Railway

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the Midland Railway.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
A. R. P.
1 1 20 Part road adjoining or passing through railway land
and part section 93, Square 122.
Situated in Block XIV, Mawheraiti Survey District, Grey
County. (S.O. 5062.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 17144 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of February 1963.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Omoto
to the Purposes of a Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the
publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the
said road shall be under the control of the National Roads
Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like
manner as other public highways are controlled and main-
tained by the said Board.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 14342 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.

Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 11th day of March 1963.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1·02 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 595,
Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120973 (S.O. 21240) de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of February 1963.

School in the City of Napier, and Previous Proclamation
Revoked

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to storm-water
rights granted to the Napier City Council and created in
memorandum of transfer No. 174906, Hawke's Bay Land
Registry, for a public school; and hereby revoke the Pro-
clamation dated the 5th day of December 1962, Gazette No.
79, Volume III, page 2216, taking land, subject to easements
in gross, for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of
March 1963.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 1 rood 8·4 perches
situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being
Lot 14, D.P. 10600, part Ahuriri Lagoon, Block VIII, Here-
taunga Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of February 1963.
