WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for road.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the pieces of land required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council, situated in Rose Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said lands must lodge their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, Rose Street, Whangarei.

BOROUGH OF EASTBOURNE

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Eastbourne propose to widen the street in the Borough of Eastbourne known as Marine Parade, and for that purpose require to take the land specified in the Schedule hereto for street.

A plan showing the land proposed to be acquired is open for inspection at the offices of the Eastbourne Borough Council, Rimu Street, Eastbourne, on any weekday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

All persons claiming to be affected by the proposed works and having any well-grounded objection to the said works or the taking of the said land should set forth such objection in writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the undersigned.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by and who have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the 27th day of February 1963, being the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mangonui County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a public pleasure ground, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the County Office, Commerce Street, Kaitaia, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Commerce Street, Kaitaia.

SCHEDULE

ALL the land containing 1 acre and 8·5 perches, more or less, being part Allotments 2 and 3 of Section 1, Village of Taipa, situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District, shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan 43951, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume, 762, folio 186, Auckland Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening of the north-eastern corner of the Landing Road/Hinemoa Street intersection (approach to the Whakatane Downstream River Bridge) in the Borough of Whakatane, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Commerce Street, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Commerce Street, Whakatane.
