PURSUANT to subsection 11 of section 36 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, public notification is hereby given that the following persons have been elected as members of the Licensing Committee of the Bay of Plenty Licensing District:
Donald Clarborough Butler, of Whakatane, farmer.
David Sceptre Mitchell, of Tauranga, engineer.
Joseph Edward Story, of Taupo, retired.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Masterton County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Masterton County Council at its meeting held on the 5th day of February 1963 has resolved to prepare for the Masterton County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the district, as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked “Masterton County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk’s office on or before the 30th day of June 1963.

Departure from Operative District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 12th day of February 1963, gave consent to a departure from the operative district scheme of the City of Nelson to the extent indicated hereunder:
By permitting a change in the use of the land described in the Schedule hereto in that the owner, Messrs Nelson Bricks and Pipes Ltd., may use the said land for “Residential B” purposes.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
