A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto and declare that the said road when so
closed shall vest in Margaret Helen Rickman, wife of
Geoffrey Robert Rickman, of Cobham, Surrey, England,
solicitor.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 6, Block IV, Waiohine Survey District: Area, 288
acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 85, folio
178. As shown on plan No. 89/24 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red. (S.O. Plan 13958.)

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day
of February 1963

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Manawatu County Council stopping the portion of
road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 4 perches situated in
Block XIV, Oroua Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining
land in D.P. 2964, being part Section 147, Town of Sandon;

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.
