A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 10·3 perches situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being part Lot 91, D.P. 15561, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7120 (S.O. 41074) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
