Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block IV,
Rangiora Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 4th day of March 1963.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 19 perches situated
in Block IV, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and
being part Rural Section 2355; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7103 (S.O. 8428)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of February 1963.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Blenheim as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 4th day of March 1963.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31·5 perches situated in the
Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., being part Section
43, Opawa Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7133 (S.O.
4582) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of February 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with
street extension, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of March 1963.

1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 36·7 perches
situated in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of
Papakura, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 34792; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 7118 (S.O. 43953) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of February 1963.
