PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome (navigational aids) from and after the 25th day of February 1963.

Control Act 1908, and Revocation of the Reservation Over
the Said Part of the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the reserve for public health and recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and, further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for public health and recreation over the said part of the reserve.

Declaration That Part of the Mangere Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over
the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mangere Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of
Sale Shall be Utilised

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for community centre and public hall purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Invercargill City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
