Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a University in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Board of the Wellington Methodist Charitable and Educational Endowments by Ronald William Coleman, of Wellington, contract cleaner, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 26348, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university from and after the 25th day of February 1963.
