Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Invercargill City Council.

All those pieces of road situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 12th day of September 1962 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the western and eastern sides of the portion of King Street adjoining part Sections 738, 739, 740, and 1229, Town of Wellington, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volumes and folio Nos. 568/255; 339/99 Ltd., 339/101 Ltd., 339/102 Ltd., 339/103 Ltd., 339/105 Ltd., 339/106 Ltd., 340/136 Ltd., 340/137 Ltd., 340/138 Ltd., 340/139 Ltd., 340/140 Ltd., 340/141 Ltd., 340/143 Ltd., and A1/1498, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
