HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R
- This order may be cited as the Marlborough College Board of Governors Order 1962.
- The constitution of the Board of Governors of Marlborough College prescribed by the Marlborough College Board of Governors Order 1958* is hereby varied so that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 90 of the Education Act 1914, the school will be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) Two members appointed by the Wellington Education Board.
(b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the schools.
(c) One member appointed by the Blenheim Borough Council.
(d) One member appointed by the Marlborough College Old Boys’ Association (Inc.).
(e) One member appointed by the Marlborough College Old Girls’ Association (Inc.). - The Marlborough College Board of Governors Order 1958 is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 1 December 1962.
