Authorising the Laying Off of a New Street off Wairakei Road in the City of Christchurch of a Width Less Than 66 ft, but Not Less Than 40 ft
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 12th day of December 1962 Present: His Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule as M.O.W. 6743 within a distance of 35 ft from the centre line of such proposed street.
SCHEDULE CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT All that proposed street situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., described as follows: A. R. P. Being 0 0 19.5 Part Lot 7, D.P. 11130, being part Rural Section 1252. 0 0 19.8 Part Lot 7, D.P. 11496, being part Rural Section 1252. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6743 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. T. J. Authorising the Laying Off of Waterford Place and Shetland Place in the City of Palmerston North, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 12th day of December 1962 Present: His Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width for parts of their length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 45 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 73, 74, 75, 76, 80, 81, 82, and 83 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 6755 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 33 ft from the centre line of the said streets.
SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT Those proposed streets in the City of Palmerston North containing by admeasurement 1 rood 39.4 perches, more or less, being part Section 1565, Block X, Kairanga Survey District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6755 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. Consenting to Land Being Taken for a Public School in Green Island Bush Survey District BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of December 1962 Present: His Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a public school.

Exempting Land in the South Auckland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General Pursuant to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE All that parcel of land containing 4 acres 2 roods .34.1 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 7970, being part of Allotment 9, Pepere Parish, situated in Block XV, Rangitiri Survey District, and being parts of the land in certificates of title, Volume 67, folio 21, and volume 716, folio 312 (Auckland Land Registry). Notice of Intention to Issue a Proclamation Vesting Land in the Town of Naseby in Her Majesty as Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948 BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General Pursuant to section 11 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention, after the expiration of three months from the date hereof, to issue a Proclamation declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948. Plans showing this land are deposited in the offices of the Town Clerk, Naseby, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, and the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, where they may be inspected during office hours free of charge.
