Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Wellington

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Wellington Hospital Board by William Alan Wilson, of Auckland, bank manager, Ella Catherine Wilson, of Napier, teacher, and Winifred Mary Robinson, of Wellington, married woman, under and by virtue of memoranda of lease Nos. 26308, 26309, 26310, and 26311, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, together with the right of way reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 231212, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 20·48 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 9016, being part Section 12, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4659 (S.O. 24774) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 13·41 perches situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 37, Deeds Plan 249, being part Reserve “L”, Town of Wanganui;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4208 (S.O. 25171) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Easement Over Land Taken for Sewage Purposes in the Borough of Kaikohe

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement in gross is hereby taken for sewage purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaikohe the full free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line or lines of pipes through, under or across the said land and to use the said line or lines of pipes for the conveyance and disposal of sewage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Borough of Kaikohe, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land decribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Arowhenua Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
