A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an easement in gross in respect of electric power transmission line rights, granted to the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board and created in memorandum of transfer No. 160793, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and also subject to an easement in gross in respect of sewerage rights granted to the Napier City Council and created in memorandum of transfer No. 160794, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.
