A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 38·3 perches situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 9, D.P. S.6301, being part Section 15, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 895, folio 54, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Board of the Wellington Methodist Charitable and Educational Endowments by Stanley Kenneth Lines, of Wellington, sales representative, Jack Harold Lines, of Levin, machinery dealer, Donald Ian Lines, of Te Aroha, farmer, Noel Leonard Lines, of Hawera, panelbeater, Keith Robert Lines, of Levin, berry fruitgrower, Joan Irene Lines, of Wellington, typist, and Margaret Annette Robins, of Lower Hutt, married woman, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 518974, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

All that piece of land containing 35·2 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Skeet Street closed, adjoining or passing through Sections 2320 (D.P. 2159), 2321, 2322, 2353, and part Sections 2323 (D.P. 2159), 2324 (D.P. 2159), Town of New Plymouth, and part Section H (D.P. 3524), New Plymouth Town Belt, and being all the land in Proclamation No. 125544, Taranaki Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.
