Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for the development of water power, and the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.
