CORRIGENDUM
IN the Order in Council published in the Gazette, 27 September 1962, No. 60, page 1581, granting control of parts of the foreshore at Kaikoura to the Kaikoura County Council, in the sixth line of the First Schedule for “south-western boundary” read “south-eastern boundary”.
Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

0 0 3·3 Part Clendon’s Grant.
Situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Manurewa Borough. (S.O. 43821.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 18270 and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block V, Inangahua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 4 acres 2 roods 38 perches situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Section 55 (formerly part Section 52); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6775 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
