Valkner Island Air Weapons Range
It is hereby notified that practice bombing and practice rocket firing will take place from time to time in the area known as the Valkner Island Air Weapons Range, being the area described in the Schedule hereunder.
All aircraft using this area for these purposes will be duly authorised by the Commanding Officer, RNZAF Station, Ohakea.
The notice of practice bombing appearing in Gazette, 9 March 1961, No. 18, page 396, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
That area situated near White Island in the Bay of Plenty and enclosed in a circle having a radius of 3,000 yards centred at a point on Valkner Island, the position of which is: Latitude, 37:28:45 S; Longitude, 177:08:10 E.
