BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public
reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Waikari Survey
District, described as follows:

A. R. P.
0 1 29 Part Rural Section 31392. All certificate of title,
Volume 224, folio 282, Canterbury Land Registry.
1 2 31 Rural Section 31393x. All certificate of title, Volume
224, folio 253, Canterbury Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 29 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward
Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby take
the land described in the Schedule hereto and also revoke the
Proclamation dated the 17th day of October 1962 and pub-
lished in Gazette, 25 October 1962, No. 67, page 1852, pro-
claiming land as road in Block XIII, Maraekakaho Survey
District, Waipawa County, in so far as it affects the area of
4 perches sevently described in the Schedule of the said
Proclamation.

SCHEDULE
Hawke's Bay Land District
All that piece of land containing 4 perches situated in Block
XIII, Maraekakaho Survey District, Waipawa County, Hawke's
Bay R.D., and being part Section 48; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6427
(S.O. 3458) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Putaruru-
Upper Atiamuri railway.

SCHEDULE
South Auckland Land District
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 7.3 perches
situated in Block XVI, Patetere South Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being road adjoining or passing through Section 6,
Block XVI, Patetere South Survey District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
151943 (S.O. 37364) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and
that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 10th day of December 1962.
