Land Taken for Road and for the Purposes of the Piako County Council Operative District Scheme Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 in Block XI, Aroha Survey District, and Block XVI, Waitoa Survey District, Piako County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Piako County Council operative district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.
