A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes
(staff accommodation); and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December
1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37'7 perches situated
in the Borough of Taupo, being Lot 4, D.P. S. 5, being part

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river control
purposes and shall vest in the Nelson Catchment Board as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day
of December 1962.
