A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

All that piece of land containing 33·4 perches situated in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, being Lot 5, D.P. S. 5200, being part Waiomu 3B 2B 1 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 350, folio 225, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to Lot 5, D.P. 9019, to the building-line restrictions created by special order 124337 and Order in Council 122234, Taranaki Land Registry, and subject as to Lots 7 and 11, D.P. 9019, to the building-line restriction created by Order in Council 122234, Taranaki Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.
