A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 537822, subject to the sewerage and drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 537823, and subject to the building-line restriction imposed by special order No. 537698, all Wellington Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 25·22 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 25, D.P. 24003, being part Section 387, Town of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title, Volume 763, folio 32, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portion of a public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods 30·5 perches situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 3295, being part Rural Section 313. Balance certificate of title, Volume 272, folio 144, Canterbury Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 1 rood 17·9 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserve 4383 (formerly part Lot 25, D.P. 11129, being part Rural Section 313). Part certificate of title, Volume 272, folio 142, Canterbury Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6550 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Easement Taken Over Land for the Purposes of a Maori School in Block III, Mangakahia Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes along, under, or over the said land, and to construct, use, and maintain a pumphouse thereon, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 14·5 perches situated in Block III, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Kaikou No. 3, Lot 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6160 (S.O. 43529) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres situated in Block III, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Kaikou No. 3, Lot 42 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 242, folio 239, Auckland Land Registry.
