A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of May 1962 and published in Gazette, 17 May 1962, No. 31, at page 754, setting apart land held for State housing purposes for police purposes (residences), subject as to part to a pipeline certificate in the Boroughs of Eltham, Hawera, Patea, and Stratford, in so far as it affects the land described in the Fourth Schedule thereof, and I hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 29·13 perches situated in Block I, Ngaere Survey District, Borough of Stratford, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 22, D.P. 7452. Part certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 50, Taranaki Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 13·5 perches situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 11, D.P. 2379, being part Heretaunga Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6679 (S.O. 3553) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 25·9 perches situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 4287, part Heretaunga Block. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 45, folio 211.
