Crown Land and Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Block V, Karioi Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portion of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 1 acre 1 rood 14·5 perches situated in Block V, Karioi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 33; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6349 (S.O. 22409) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of December 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5·8 perches situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 22, Pukete Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160923 (S.O. 40002) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held from the Tairawhiti District Land Board by Her Majesty the Queen for post office purposes (residence) under and by virtue of lease No. 6428 (Gisborne Land Registry), is hereby set apart for health purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods in respect of which leasehold estate is set apart, situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 81, Native Township of Te Araroa, D.P. 1162. Part certificate of title, Volume 65, folio 143.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the development of water power (Arapuni Scheme, Tangarakau Depot), is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 10 perches situated in Block VII, Pouatu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Section 17. All Proclamation No. 1317, Taranaki Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 24·2 perches situated in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 3, being part Tikitiki 2A 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81360 (S.O. 1402, brown) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
