Crown Land at New Plymouth Set Apart for Railway Purposes

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1962.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart for railway purposes:

0 1 5·5 Lot 3, D.P. 8991, being part Maori Reserve 7, Fitzroy District. Formerly being part certificate of title, Volume 234, folio 87, Taranaki Registry.
Situaded in the City of New Plymouth.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1962.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Land at Kaikohe

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day of November 1914 and published in Gazette, No. 131, of that year, at page 4219, taking land at Kaikohe for railway purposes in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

0 0 11·7 Part land in Proclamation 3527; coloured blue.
Situaded in Bay of Islands County.

Situaded in Kaikohe Borough.
Both situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District. (S.O. 41993.)
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16548 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 55915 and to the fencing agreement contained in transfer No. 576578, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 523569, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1962.
