Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject
to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20 perches, more or less,
described as Taumarunui Maori Township W 2 (formerly
part Allotment 6 of Block III, Taumarunui Maori Town-
ship), situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District, and
being the land in balance certificate of title, Volume 437, folio
60. (M.L. 18926.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 22nd day of November 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Wainuiomata
Subject as to Parts to Building-line Restrictions and Subject
as to Another Part to a Drainage Easement
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
railway purposes, subject as to the land first described to
the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433516,
Wellington Registry, subject as to the land secondly described
to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 448471,
Wellington Registry, subject as to the land thirdly described
to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 448470,
Wellington Registry, subject as to the land fourthly described
to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433515,
Wellington Registry, and subject as to the land fifthly
described to the drainage easement created by memorandum
of transfer No. 494311, Wellington Registry; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 3rd day of December 1962.
