A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining
rights created by transfer No. 167045, and excepting thereout
all mines and minerals under the said lands, for an automatic
telephone exchange.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12·2 perches situated in
Block IV, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Allotment 16, Parish of Maungatapere; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
6041 (S.O. 43603) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Ongo Survey

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land in Block IX,

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 20th day
of June 1962, and published in Gazette, 19 July 1962, No. 46,
page 1146, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. 19175, taking land for the purposes of sub-
section (6) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, in so far as it affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 1 rood 22 perches
situated in Block IX, Ruakaka Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
being part Allotment N.W. 111, Parish of Ruarangi; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 5538 (S.O. 43215) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow, edged yellow.

Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of Section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being
areas vested in the South Auckland Education Board, as sites
for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SECTION 509, Pirongia East Township, situated in Block IV,
Pirongia Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 24 perches,

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the area described
in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purpose
of the Wildlife Act 1953.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—WAIMATE COUNTY
PART Rural Section 28372, situated in Block XIII, Hakataramea
Survey District: Area, 16 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or
less. All certificate of title, Volume 107, folio 68 (shown as
Lots 2 to 40, D.P. 742, and right of way). As shown on plan
marked I.A. 52/529 deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
