PURSUANT to section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 24 June 1912 and published in Gazette, 27 June 1912, No. 56, page 2042, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. 2501, exempting portions of Crown and William Streets, in the Borough of Balclutha, from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act 1908, subject to certain conditions as to the building line, by cancelling the building line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 10029, being part Sections 4 and 5, Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District.

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of the Land Fronting Part of Centennial Avenue, in the City of Dunedin, Imposed by Order in Council Under Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 6th day of December 1949 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 5880, exempting Centennial Avenue in the City of Dunedin from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lot 6, D.P. 9706, being part Sections 55 and 57, Wakari Survey District, being all certificate of title, Volume 425, folio 30, Otago Land Registry, within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.
