At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of October, 1962.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948, Amendment No. 5, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. The principal order may hereafter be cited as the Tokoroa Rural Fire District Order 1948.

  3. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Second Schedule and substituting the Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to this order.

Abolition of the Hauraki Plains Rural Fire District

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of October 1962

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby abolishes the Hauraki Plains Rural Fire District, and revokes the order constituting that district made on the 16th day of February 1949, and published in the Gazette in 1949, Volume I, page 616.

Wanganui City Council Declared a Leasing Authority Under the Public Bodies’ Leases Act 1908

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Bodies’ Leases Act 1908, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

THE Wanganui City Council is hereby declared to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act 1908.
