Land Taken for Road and for a Canal in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and that the land described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a canal and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 5·4 perches situated in Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 33; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6540 (S.O. 42723) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
