Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block II, Tairua Survey District
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches being part Section 15, Block II, Tairua Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6473 (S.O. 41770) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of October 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 5·38 perches situated in the Borough of Masterton, Wellington R.D., being part Section 56, Masterton Small Farm Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6542 (S.O. 25391) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (line depot and garage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District (Borough of Hokitika), Westland R.D., described as follows:
